Trend Micro License Provisioning and Entitlement

This Trend Micro License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Affordable Computer Solutions 1, INC (“ACS”) and the Customer identified on the applicable quote, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Client acknowledgement,
Client acknowledges that, for administrative, procurement, or vendor licensing purposes, Affordable Computer Solutions may provision a license key, subscription, or product SKU that includes a greater number of available seats, users, mailboxes, devices, or endpoints than the quantity purchased by Client. The quantity displayed within the software, licensing portal, or vendor dashboard does not alter the quantity purchased or licensed under this Agreement.
Authorized Usage
Client’s authorized usage is limited to the number of licenses, users, mailboxes, devices, or endpoints specifically purchased and invoiced by Affordable Computer Solutions. Any additional capacity, seats, or licensing availability that may appear within the software or vendor portal is provided solely as a result of vendor licensing structures and does not grant Client the right to utilize, assign, or consume those additional licenses without prior purchase and written authorization.
If Client utilizes licenses, users, mailboxes, devices, or endpoints beyond the quantity purchased, Affordable Computer Solutions reserves the right to invoice Client for the additional usage at the then-current rates and/or require the purchase of the appropriate licensing level. Unauthorized use of additional capacity does not create an entitlement to continued use of such capacity without payment.
Example: If Client purchases one (1) protected mailbox but the vendor license provided supports up to three (3) mailboxes, Client is authorized to protect only the single mailbox purchased and invoiced. The additional capacity remains the property of Affordable Computer Solutions and may not be used unless separately purchased.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between ACS and the Customer regarding Trend Micro services and supersedes any prior verbal discussions relating to these services.
By accepting a proposal, quote, invoice, service agreement, or by utilizing Trend Micro services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms contained herein.
