Terms of Service
Thank you for trusting Affordable Computer Solutions with your IT needs. We want to ensure that all clients clearly understand our billing policies so expectations are consistent and transparent.

By continuing with this ticket, you acknowledge and accept these billing terms and service disclaimers. If you do not wish to proceed, please inform our office by responding to this ticket or calling us directly at 727-485-4610.

Billing for Remote Services<

  • All remote tech support is billed at a minimum of $45.00, in 15-minute increments.
  • Renewal invoices (such as for software, licensing, or antivirus, etc.) cover the product or license installation only.
  • If additional technical support is needed that goes beyond the renewal process, a separate ticket must be created, and the remote service will be billed at the standard rate above.
  • This ensures that product renewals remain cost-transparent and that support is billed only when our technicians are providing their time and expertise.

General Billing & Service Terms<

  • A $90.00 minimum fee applies to all device assessments in our office (non-refundable).
  • Our hourly service rate is $179.99 per hour, and all estimates are based on this rate.
  • Onsite service calls are subject to a $179.99 minimum charge.
  • Payments are due upon receipt; past-due balances over 15 days may incur a 15% interest fee.

Payment Method & Fees<

  • • All clients must provide a valid payment method before service is performed.
  • • Services will not be provided if a payment method is not on file prior to a service call.
  • • Providing us with your payment information authorizes Affordable Computer Solutions to bill at the time of service.
  • • Please note: All credit card payments incur a 3% service fee.

Service Continuity Policy<

  • • If the service relates to the same issue and was recently performed, we will review the prior work to move resolution forward at no additional charge.
  • • If the issue is the result of user changes after the ticket was completed, or if the issue returns beyond a reasonable time frame, the service will be billed as new.
  • • If the service is determined to be unrelated to the prior work, it will be billed accordingly.

Additional Terms

  • Any devices left unclaimed in our office for more than 30 days after completion may be sold to recover costs or securely destroyed.
  • While we safeguard data wherever possible, it is the client’s responsibility to back up important files. Backup services are available upon request.
